Do the children wear uniform for the KGS 13+ on Monday?

DS and two of his classmates are sitting the entrance exam on Monday. It's a school day but as they are at KGS all day do they wear their own clothes or their own school uniform?

Views from previous years very welcome. We are erring on the side of school uniform at the moment....

I am afraid I do not have direct experience of KGS, but at the assesment my DS has been to (well known boarding schcools) all the boys have worn their school uniform (even the ones coming from abroad). This has not been a must, but has been suggested from the schools to make the boys feel more comfortable (I think) and it also saves you having to stress over what your DS should wear of course (there is enough stress already)

there won't be a "rule" - whichever he feels most comfortable in. DD sat the 11+ there and even though it was just a half day she did not wear school uniform as she had no intention of going back in! it was about 50-50 i think in uniform vs not.

Thanks both! We will stick with uniform to reinforce the fact that it is Work and not a day off school.
