Bucks is a grammar county, so presumably there are no "feeder" primaries as every child sits the 11+..?

Yet Another is correct, in Bucks, Grammar/Secondary schools do not have feeder primary schools.

Your best bet would be to look for the primary's in the area with a high pass grade for 11+.. But realistically, if your child doesn't pass they can't go!

thanks all!! So much to learn!

It has a catchment area I think. I think you have to both pass the 11+ and live in catchment.

RGS has state boarding provision (or did 20 years ago when I was at the girls' equivalent), so a very large catchment. Boys came from a huge number of schools.

Bucks CC has all the catchment area details and how the selection works on their web site. All the grammar schools use the centralised system.
