Is it worth three separate GCSEs for Lit, Lang & Speaking...

I think it's one GCSE for language and one GCSE for literature. The mark for speaking used to be part of the grade for language but isn't any more.

So if on the list it says: B Language, B literature, A Speaking, that's actually two B grade GCSEs?

Yes, I think so.

On AQA website it says "The grade for Speaking and Listening is not a separate GCSE subject grade but represents an integral part of the overall assessment of GCSE English or English Language." I'm guessing it's the same for other exam boards.

All same. All the really 'counts' is Language and Lit grades.
