school bag for boy going into year 9

I know this has probably been done before, but what school bag does your yr 9 ds use? We've always had to use specific school rucksacks purchased from school up to now, so no idea what this age group use. Thanks

My ds has a superdry backpack. Most of his friends have them.

I got ds a timberlands backpack from tk maxx - it's got plenty of room and a padded section for his laptop and seemed a bit sturdier than the super dry ones (it was also pretty cheap!)
