My son is at Fairley House in year 7. He's been there for 2 years and is now ready to move back to mainstream school. The problem is finding the right school that have places in year 8 for Sept. Not too pressured, good support, in London (we live in North London). We've looked at North Bridge House and King Alfreds but they don't have available places. Any ideas/knowledge of suitable schools gratefully accepted.

What about the Moat?

I would try Harrodian and Portland Place.

Yes we looked at The Moat but its another specialist school and we want DS to go to mainstream school but one that supports dyslexic students.

What about Kew House Senior - may not be local to you - it's a new school but the junior school has food reputation for kids with dyslexia

'Good' not 'food'
