Does anyone have recent experience of this school? We are planning a visit soon for my DS who is 11, but just wanted to know thoughts from those currently there. Thanks

We don't have children at Giggleswick but my DS visited on a rugby tour and the facilities were great, the boys were really friendly and kind, the staff were lovely and welcoming and the HM came over and made us feel really welcome. As an outsider looking in we thought what a lovely school with a lovely feel about it. (The food was good too!) Pretty location too! Good Luck!

Thanks Pepperpot - I feel that the school does come across as friendly and kind, glad you got that impression too.

I know several people who have dc there, it sounds like an amazing place, never heard a bad word about it.
If I had the money my dc would be there (and I'm very fussy!)

Many thanks for this - fussy is good!

We are about 40 mins away and while my children don't go there we have accessed the GCSE Easter Revision courses and found them very good with very friendly staff (from the school) and the pupils on the course (also from the school) were lovely! It's a beautiful school in a lovely setting. My friend who's son also did a course at Easter echoed this!
