We are fortunate enough to have been offered places at both schools and really can't decide between them. We live half way between the two so the commute is not an issue. Would really appreciate any advice on what differentiates these school. DS is a confident and sporty type! Thanks.

I went to LU as a boy in the 70's.

I am finding it fascinating to read people's opinions of how the school is now.

40 years ago it was fairly sporty (esp rowing), but drama was the big thing. Academically it was very strong, in my 6th form class of about 16 boys doing Maths, Physics, Chem A levels, over half were applying to Oxbridge (I was not one of them!)
