How much do these interviews count?...especially at the "super selective" London day schools. How do the interviewers decide between the boys, especially if there are multiple staff involved in the interview process - how can they compare them? Is there some form of "pre selection" involved (i.e. the boys who did best at the test are "in" unless they really mess up and therefore its only the borderline boys being compared?)....
