Any experience of Centigrade university course matching service?

School is offering this for a fee of just over £20. DC fills out questionnaire and they provide a booklet of information about university courses that would suit, open days, deadlines, etc. Just wondering if it is any added value to doing own research.

Sounds like money for old rope to me! There isn't any insider knowledge they can give him that he can't find out himself trawling through websites. And there are plenty of free course search websites to narrow the field.

I know of schools that use this, very much as a preliminary tool for easing DC into thinking about HE.

Dc school offer this. Ds is L6 and will do it in a few weeks' time.
