Hi, my dd is in yr 9. Has complex learning difficulties but is bright apart for English. She barely progresses 1 sub level a year so is getting further behind. Some weeks when she has no English homeword, I would like to help practice some skills. She seems to struggle lots when she has an open question to put her thoughts/views down in an organised manner.
She has no confidence in trying to answer questions that are not strucured for her.
Any tips on how I can help, any resources any one can recommend. She does not read much so asking to do a book review would be her worst nighmare.
