Letters arrived today, my son is on the waitlist.

Does anyone have a sense of how competitive it was this year, i.e. do you know a particularly smart boy who didn't get in, or a surprisingly weak candidate who did?

Anyone have any experience with the waitlist? The letter says they put 20 boys on the waitlist and that they normally have 20 late withdraws, so it seems as though they offer fairly good odds.

Have had an offer of a firm house place. Competition was much higher this year partly as a result of increased competition for London day schools. Good luck !
