I don't want to pay £50 for a customised mouth guard (through an organisation doing fittings at the schoolschool). What cheaper options are there? It's for rugby.

Can you use the boil and bite ones with a brace, or do they get snagged on the metal? Can't quite get my head round it!

They play rugby in a muddy field : I'm not sure I'd WANT it back after that!
I suspect there are so many gum shields embedded in the grass that they are part of the drainage system Grin
