Yes it is breaching confidentiality and it is also unprofessional.

Just had meeting and bought up about the incident and was told as USUAL "I'm not getting into the wat was and wat was not said we need to concentrate on how ur son reacted " I don't stand a chance they won't listen to me

Sorry To hear that OP. Perhaps a letter or email would help you get your point across to the school, without the teacher talking over you or interrupting?
Make it clear that you understand the breach of confidentiality and your child's behaviour are separate topics, and you would like to address both of them.
Make it clear why you are concerned. If it is a tit-for-tat thing (eg, you told my child off, but you breached a rule too so they cancel out) or a threat (eg back off my child or I will report you for breaching rules) then the school will probably not be sympathetic. If you have a real concern about the breach and how this affects your child then they should take it seriously.
