I have heard that it is better for children, whilst away at boarding school to be kept together.
Abbey is at Wellington College
Holly is at Wycombe Abbey
Ollie is at Eaton
William is at Wellington College
Jasmine is at Knighton House College (but will go to Wycombe Abbey)

Should I be putting them all into mixed school together, or is it fine to keep them split up?

So that's two in coed, one in all girls with sibling to join, and one at all boys prep? (assuming you mean Eaton, not Eton)

The teens are big enough to decide for themselves, surely?

Have you really used your real name as your posting name and your dc's real names?

If so and you are real can I strongly suggest you get some internet awareness pdq.

Well this is certainly one way to boast that you have money. The amount of BS that gets posted on Mumsnet really gets to me sometimes. Seriously what was the need to post this? Does the OP not have anyone to ask personally about such a simple topic that se "heard"

  • completely agree with Titchy, worringly open

Interesting first post ... interesting spelling of 'Eaton' ... 'different' version of Abigail ... Biscuit
