Closing date to enter an exam?

The title isn't right because I can't work out the right phrasing to google the answer so I hope someone here can help.

Does anyone here know when the closing date is for a school to enter a candidate in a January exam? The particular exam is the edexcel level 3 award in algebra.

Yesterday. You can still enter but there will be a late fee.
