We've just moved back to North London with 2 DD. DD2 is mildly dyslexic and attends Portland Place. We heard wonderful things about PP however, I'm not seeing it. So far, DD2 is not doing well academically. I haven't heard one good word from her about her teachers and there seems to be a lot of time spent on discipline. DD2 was accepted at Northbridge House. If things do not improve at PP, I am thinking of switching schools (if we can get a place in a Y8 class). Does anyone have any experience with Northbridge House or any other North London school that would accommodate a mildly dyslexic (and very sporty) child?
