UKISET - taking secondary school entrance exams abroad

Hello, we are currently living in Netherlands. In January, DS is going to sit exams for few secondary schools in England. Epsom College offered that he can sit UKiset (run by GABBITAS). Does anybody have any experience with this? Besides cutting down travel costs to UK to sit the exams there, are there other advantages taking exam abroad? Is the child going to be considered same way as taking exam in UK? Thank you in advance for all comments and suggestions.

My daughter took 10+ exam abroad ( it was not Ukiset though) in her present school. I don't think there are any disadvantages of it and I am fairly confident that she was treated the same way as any other candidate. There is no doubt it is more relaxing to take an exam in the familiar environment. And it is more relaxing not only for the child but for the parents as well.
