What questions should i ask in first meeting re yr7 starter?

My dc1 has just started secondary school. I will have a meeting with her mentor for the first time to see how she settling in. So now is the opportunity but what should I ask in such early days?

"how's she settling in?"
It's more a chance for you to raise your worries (if you have any) than anything else at this point.
