Otley or Skipton schools?

Any opinions or experiences secondaries in Otley or Skipton please?

Isn't skipton a grammar school system whereas Otley is comprehensive.
I know someone who is at Skipton Girls and I think she likes it generally but finds it quite bitchy

Yes, Skipton is selective. Hmm that is a worry, don't want her to get too big for her boots.

What about Ilkley?

Really like Ilkley but think Skipton schools are better and it's cheaper

Skipton by miles if likely to get into the grammar schools, otherwise Otley
