Due to various things, I am finally sorting out uniforms etc now. In the past I have found that it's too damn late to wait til now to even look in M&S, particularly, it would seem, for age 14 stuff and size 7 shoes!

I have an M&S superstore near me but last year, the uniform section was bare by now!

Try online. You can usually get sizes online that are out of stock in store. M&S, Next, John Lewis are all pretty user-friendly online.

We visited our local M&S earlier today and had no problems finding age 14 stuff for dd in the items we were looking for.
If they don't have your size in stock, they can take orders in store.

They didn't have anything in Navy for my 13yo dd when we went a fortnight ago.
Ended up buying her ladies size 8 at £29 a go!

I don't know because we are boycotting M&S in support if Gaza but was in John Lewis earlier and they seemed to have stuff in most sizes.

Bit of a thicko moment there, I was wondering why boycotting M&S was going to help Paul Gasgoine........

Also try Next on-line as they had a good supply in older sizes but they aren't available in the shops.

It's a meme, better. It's not necessarily a valid political statement. Despite what others might think.
