Our schools go back this week! I'll have 2 at high school. He's all excited, bag packed, PE kit packed, new stationery, new water bottle.
Then to top it off, they've had all summer to do road works outside the school and guess what's starting this week? The roadworks, where they switch off the traffic lights and without fail one child always gets knocked over because there is no traffic lights in place.
I probably need someone to slap me and bring me back to reality where he will be fine while I wring my hands all day.
