Volunteering at DSs school year 10 careers fair soon. Im going to be manning a stall promoting English Language teaching with the focus on what I know best ie gap year/EFL/working with international young learners. Anyway, Im thinking of running some kind of competition (maybe along the lines of name the . resource) and having a prize for the best of them. Of course, not every child will be interested in English Language teaching but they will all be studying English.
Any suggestions for a English language book that would help them with their studies but be a bit whizzy and be something that they might want to win? They may be a bit old for pop up books . Needn't be a book but something along these lines would be appropriate and, as I'll be getting it, affordable!
