Hello, my DS is looking to move schools. He is currently Year 9, going into Year 10. I would be very interested in any view on St John's as we are going to visit on Tuesday. THANK YOU!

Our son has been offered a place for Upper 3 Year 8 at St John's Leatherhead,after sitting the
exam and facing the interview. Please let me know how academic is this school? Any views and comments are welcome.

@ARUWOR , this is a zombie thread, you should start a new 1 or join in 1 of the more recent. Congrats to your dc for gaining the place, if you search recent threads you will see St J's has a new head and deputy and whilst it will take a few years to see the results it's increasingly hard to get a place. The current year 7 include many dc who turned down far more academic schools to accept St J's because of its unique pastoral care etc.
