Good Secondary Schools around Hastings / St Leonards

Hi,

We are seriously thinking about moving back from France to Hastings / St Leonards.

We have found a house in Eisenhower Drive (postcode TN37 7TQ) but have no idea of secondary or primary schools in the area.

Can anybody please advise which good (/ outstanding ?) primary and secondary scools are in this catchment area (Community Area) for our two boys, currently aged 3 and 10 years old. We hope to move back to England this summer.

I taught in Filsham Valley for a couple of years, though this was a long time ago and I understand it has undertaken a few re-vamps in the meantime.

My memory is of really dedicated staff with a challenging bunch of kids.

I loved the views of the Channel from the classrooms though.
