Waiting list/Appeal outcome

We have our appeal next week. They are taking place Mon-Fri. I have been told we won't know until at least the Tuesday of the week after the next week I.e. 11 days after the last appeal as it's half term and there is nobody to type the letters.

Is it likely any waiting list places may be given in this time or will it all be put on hold until the appeal results are given out?

We are away for half term and I don't know if I should get my parents to check my post while we are away.

Waiting list places should be allocated as normal. They cannot hold back places just in case there are some successful appeals.

Thanks. I presume they will make the decisions next Friday but won't let us know until the week after half term.
