Appeal paperwork

I have just received my appeals pack. It lists the clerk who is different to the clerk I have been dealing with. It then lists 3 panel members. It doesn't say who will be the school representative should they let me know that before the appeal?

No, they don't have to tell you who will be representing the school.

The reason they send you the names of the panel members is so that you can object if you have reason to believe they will not be impartial. You can't, obviously, object to the school's representative!

Ok thanks I thought it would be included.

I think you can probably ring up the clerk and he or she will tell you who is representing the school. Normally for secondaries in the area I sit for, it is the Head or Deputy and I have seen a school bring the admissions officer as well. For primary schools it tends to be the LEA rep or a governor of the school.
