Hello, just wondering if anybody can recommend any good websites to download resources or in depth study books.
it is for dd aged 10 and she likes to thoroughly immerse herself in a topic. She has already completed KS2 and would like some more resources.

We have used Hamilton trust, tes, guardian online, BBC.
Her main interests are 19th and 20th Century, and topics such as World Wars, Black History, civil rights and slavery.

The national archives site has lots of online lessons around their sources, grouped by period.... excellent ones include the 19th centuries factories acts and conditions for slaves in the 18-19th Cs.

(It's worth pointing out the connection between the work of the abolitionists and those campaigning for better working conditions in the factories, and living conditions in the housing of the industrial revolution - understanding the drive for social reform would help if she goes on to the SHP GCSE eventually).

Thanks Nicknack.

Beautiful weather and I'm inside printing resources.
I will have a look now. Thanks
