Hi. My son is currently a y10 boarder. We'd prefer him to do 6th form as a day boy which would involve a change of schools. He likes the idea of being at home - he can join local sports clubs and so on - and likes the idea of a fresh perspective, since he's been at his current school since he was 7 (not as a boarder but since we relocated to London, when he preferred to remain at his school).
Can anyone suggest schools which have a large sixth form intake as he'd prefer not to be the only new boy in an already established group?
Co-ed preferably; selective is ok to a point but not a hothouse; sporty; fairly academic. He does not have Latin and we are not Catholic.
We are in Central London but would look as far as St Albans/Berkhamsted.
