Skipton Girls vs alternatives

Dd did not pass the 11+ and we have not got in on appeal. This means she will be offered a place at Aireville ( in special measures) the school I would like to send her to is upper Wharfedale but we are out of area and it's oversubscribed.. Any advice? Please? I can't home educate as I'm a single mum with no maintaince but can't let her go to that school.

South Craven?

If dead set against Aireville then have you thought about looking at West Craven in Barnoldswick? South craven and upper wharfedale over subscribed so an unlikely option. Or settle high/ilkley grammar but obviously a long journey (though not sure how oversubscribed these are?). Otherwise it means moving I'm afraid.
