Farnborough Hill

We have just made a decision to send our DD to a private school and are looking at Farnborough hill, school have advised us to wait till mid march to know if there will be a place or not. Am anxious as l am extremely late and am looking for views from other parents if she will get a chance or not. Are they usually over subscribed or there is a chance that she may get a place. Any views please?????

They have advised you to wait until mid March as those who have been offered places will have been asked to reply by 3rd March I would think. I am sure you will be offered a place in due course as lots of the girls also apply to other schools. It's a great school btw, ds is in year 8 and loves it and we knows lots of lovely girls starting in September!

Whoops!! Of course it's dd at Farnborough Hill - excellent parent's evening this evening! Ds currently doing entrance exams so tends to be top of (mumsnet) mind!
