Very few of the staff would pass a CRB check as they wouldn't be traceable - they don't really integrate!

And the sheer number of serious injuries..... No way would Quidditch be allowed. And they couldn't have curtains on their four poster beds - a hanging risk!

Would the house elves have to be CRB checked?

I wouldn't classify the leadership as satisfactory either.

It seems clear that there is very little support for staff, no guidelines are provided for pupil management and there are few opportunities for staff to engage in further training.

Some members of staff have been taken on very young with inadequate qualifications and there appears to be no plan for their career progression. Others are promoted from non-teaching roles without either training or guidance.

Leadership are happy to undermine the decisions of teachers in secret rather than to confront any problems.

The pastoral care provided for members of staff is distinctly inadequate. Serious problems, such as alcoholism, are ignored or ridiculed. Vulnerable members of staff are blackmailed into dangerous or emotionally damaging situations, including activity which will brand them as criminals.
