Well there aren't any secondary schools in Kew, state or private - do you mean one within easy commuting distance?

I know nothing of Kew, but you'd be hard pushed to find any school where students weren't expected to play whatever sport they were doing that term, unless they had very good reason.

Yes, there aren't any secondary schools in Kew. On distance from Kew, your state options will be Christ's, RPA or Grey Court. They all seem OK, no idea on the rugby side of things, though.
