Pitsford school

Hi - our DS went there and was very happy (year7 and 8). The children were friendly and the staff were enthusiastic and knew all the children. It is a small school but he had come from a small village school so was used to it.He did very well there. He may have wanted to move for sixth form (gets excellent results at a level though) but we moved to the other end of the country so he had to leave. He moved to a boarding school soon after as we moved yet again a year later (long story) and we all wanted stability for the rest of his school career. 3 years down the line he still meets up with his Pitsford friends in the holidays, despite having been in 2 other schools since he left Pitsford.Friendships were strong. Academics good, staff approachable and on the ball.

Hello, my dd started in yr 3, now in yr 5. She loved it from day 1! All her teachers so far have been excellent. The parents are down-to-earth, there's a nice atmosphere. My dd's made great progress academically and in her confidence. A very nurturing environment. Highly recommended. Feel free to message me for more info x

Hi, my DS is there and is really enjoying it. He has made huge academic progress but most of all he is turning into a confident teenager who is happy in himself. My DD will probably go there in year 7 as well.

The teachers are approachable and always respond straight away when we've emailed or phoned. I would highly recommend it.

That is quite reassuring. Does anyone know how comparable Pitsford is compared to Wellingborough School?
