Does anyone know anything about Ashmole Academy, Southgate?

Our daughter has a good chance of being offered a music place but we live on the other side of the borough so we don't know much about it. I'd be grateful for any information re reputation, results, feel of school etc.

what grade is your dd ? How many instruments does she play?

She plays the cello and is on grade 4.

is she in year 5?

No year 6. She has auditioned already.

I live quite close although my dc does not go to Ashmole. It has a good reputation and has a very strict culture leading to good exam results.
It is probably the best non selective secondary school alongwith Southgate school in Enfield.
