Does anyone know what a grade Q means in GCSE French (OCR board)

My DDs school have said that they were notified by OCR (on 22nd) that the overall French grades for her year would not be released on results day as one component is still being checked (French writing). The school doesn't know when the grades will be released. And still no news. Does anybody know why this might be?

Obviously I don't know but it is most likely that there has been a delay in marking or moderation for some reason.

Maybe they didn't have enough markers or the moderation process showed such variation that they needed to double check something.
