This has been recommended by my son's SENCo as one to look at, does anyone have any experience of it? We live close enough so he wouldn't be boarding but he does have a statement for physical disability. He's very bright so we'd want him stretched as that is his strength, however he doesn't respond well to pressure.

What is this school like for emotional support/ academic stretching without pressure? Are the grounds enormous, we are trying to limit the distance he would have to walk, if it's too far he has to use a wheelchair and we need to avoid wheelchair use for as long as possible?

I've rung to book an appt to look around but wondered if anyone had recent experience?

Ok, I've done a search and realised I must have picked up info here by osmosis! It doesn't sound too positive.

Is MOSagain still around, or anyone with a child there currently?

Does he have a Statement as I've heard the distance within which to get day places is pretty tight. Heard mixed things recently tbh and academic it is probably not on the whole.

Yes, he has a statement. Will go and visit but not sure it's the right place from what I've read so far...
