Anyone know anything about this school?

Trying to decide whether it's worth the stress of the 11+ and the 30 min commute if DC got in.....

Local comp is fine. So don't feel we need to commute for ages to go to a grammar.

But at the same time 30 mins is not unreasonable.

I know about the local comps through speaking to local parents but don't live in Langley and so know nothing about the school.

Slough has four grammars - Langley, Slough, St Bernards and Herschel. Competition for places is fierce, and some of the schools have introduced catchment or other criteria so your first port of call would be to check the admission criteria to see if you qualify in the first place.
