Can anyone help? 11yo DD needs to write a fcitional crime report - can't find a sample, and I don't know what one looks like.

She needs it for History - needs to write up the murder Thomas Becket.

Part of her homework is to find these things out for herself. By doing it for her, you are helping in the short term but she is not developing the skills she needs for the future. Better to let your DD take the lead and offer support

I always make them do the homework. But something like that I definitely help with. Just to give her the structure.
