Any guesses what DS1's monitoring results mean?

It's the second lot of monitoring since he started in year7. The attainment results are broadly what I expected, but they also give marks for effort and conduct.

In one subject they have "effort concerns" with a code CWK and 2 subjects have conduct concerns with the codes WWO and ITN. There is no key to the codes in the letter and no-one at the school who can help until Monday. Are these standard codes, does anyone know what they mean, please?

They look far more interesting than the codes DS's school uses - I'm intrigued at what on earth WWO could be (sorry no help whatsoever OP!)

I've cracked it web, I found and old letter. It means he "has difficulty working with others" Which comes as something of a surprise to me as that's always been a strength for him before. He says some people on his table have been annoying him and "sir" has moved them once, but the new people are annoying him too.

I have no idea what to do, but I guess I'll have to start by speaking to the teacher. He seems to get on with everyone and I thought had settled into the new school really well and made lots of new friends.

Well I would never have got that! DS tends to favour O (organisational problems)
