URGENT - PLS HELP re Numerical Reasoning Exam

Hi, my daughter has been asked to sit an assessment test for a school this Saturday; it includes verbal/non-verbal reasoning, and numerical reasoning. We've done some of the first two, but can anyone point me in the direction of some online examples of numerical reasoning questions???

I think numerical reasoning is also called quantative reasoning if that helps.

Quantitative reasoning gets my vote.

Have a look on google there are lots of free online tests. I know a site called jobtestprep that have some example questions. Hope that helps

If you can find it in time this book would help.

Example questions:
What is the number when: 8 is 2 smaller than half this number?

Halve the number of months in a year and multiply by half the number of years in a decade.

Using 3 numbers from the set (4, 5, 6, 7, 10), place them in the spaces to make the following sum x - _ = 26

Sequences:
37, 39, 36, 40, 35, ,

3 digit addition/subtraction with missing digits (ie work out the digit)

My watch is 15 minutes slow. In 20 minutes it will sy 2:35pm. What is the correct time now?

I think numerical reasoning can often include interpreting the data from charts / graphs - so worth finding some examples of those as well. (Sorry don't know where you would look)

Thanks Ladymuck; we won't have time to get hold of the book before Saturday, but I really appreciate you taking the time to type out those sample questions - I got her to go through them, which was helpful.
