Question for Elmgreen (Tulse Hill) parents

We've been looking at schools for DD and really liked Elmgreen in Tulse Hill/Norwood. However, after deciding it will be either no1 or no2 on our list someone told us that discipline is appalling, teachers ignore bad behaviour and children are allowed 'to get away with m*er'. Can't really reveal whom this came from as it might cause ructions, but can anyone tell us whether this is a fair comment or not?

Although I have no direct experience, I have several friends who send their dc's to Elm Green and they all seem to be very happy with the school.

Thanks, that's good to know.

Just echoing Timechild really - no direct experience, but my DC have friends at Elmgreen who are both well-behaved in themselves, & seem happy at school (suggesting that behaviour / safety in school are as good as anywhere else.)

Not much to go on, but certainly never heard anything bad.
