Help! I need to find a very caring (smallish preferably) school for my daughter for 6th form within reasonable distance of Maidenhead.

Cost is also an issue, as it probably is with most of us! Any schools which offer bursaries etc would be good. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Wycombe Abbey? Does it have to be independent? Most of the grammars are much less difficult to get into at sixth form than at 11.

Borlase is mixed but pastorally is absolutely dreadful, though their results are excellent and better than most independent schools, so I wouldn't recommend it if your daughter needs any pastoral care.

luckley oakfield? i know they have a maidenhead bus and it is a lovely small school

What A level subjects are you looking at? Does it have to be private?
