Transferring to Cumnor House for year 7

My son is at a small prep school and I am thinking of sending him to Cumnor House so that he can do the 13+later. Does anyone know if is hard to get in?He has a taster day and assessment on Wednesday.

I was at Cumnor House (the boys division) years ago. It was relatively easy to get into. Most of my friends got into Whitgift, Trinity and Sutton Grammar.

I was prepped for the John Fisher religion test and interviews and so went there. I think it is certainly perceived as a solid prep school, I may well send my DS to Cumnor in a few years and hopefully (fingers crossed) to a Catholic Indie.

That's great well done you and him! What are your hopes for secondary school? Whitgift? Caterham?
