Anybody know anything about Millais School in Horsham?

I am looking at schools for DD and we want to move house aswell. I would pay for private if I could afford it but can't. Millais looks like a good girls school, just wondered if anyone has any first hand experience?

Mallais has a really excellent reputation (as do all the secondaries in and around Horsham..we are very lucky here!).

Some people I know have found that it can be quite intense in the pressure it puts on students for achievement and some people have found there to be bullying.

however, the vast majority seem to have been very happy there.

I think its one of those 'horses for course' thing and you need to go and look round it yourself to gauge a gut feeling for it.

If its the school for you, you will definitely need to look at houses within the catchment area to get a place (assuming your dd is in year 5 or 6)
