Surprised that yr7 dd only has two maths lessons a week

this is at a grammar school. English is three hours a week which I expected. How are the lessons distributed at your child's school?

also 1 hour lessons:
3 maths
3 English
3 science
3 language (currently French also Spanish & German but I'm not sure how that works)
3 humanities (one each RE/history/geography)
3 arts (one each art/music/drama)

2 PE
2 technology

1 IT
1 "personal development"
1 something called CoEn
