Can anyone point me to a website which lists these? DS will be doing 11+ in Jan which I think will require him to be familiar with all topics he should have covered under the NC by end of KS2. It would really help me to know what this is for maths.

If you go to the eleven plus exams website, they have a list of the maths topics here:

You can Google level 5 and maybe level 6? SATs papers.

This website has a list of level descriptors for the various levels. Your DS should probably have covered everything up to level 6 if he's going for the 11+

Thanks all, that's great, especially the Kangaroo maths website, which I hadn't found before.

You can buy past common entrance at 11+ papers from galore park, although many schools don't use these, the topics covered are on the iseb website, but again depends on the school you are going for.

L4/5 is what they should have covered.

Just go to WHsmiths or Amazon their are some very good revision books.

L6 muddies the waters unless you are after passing an entrance exam above our local 11+, which is VR and the odd numerical puzzle.

L6 is the beginning of GCSE and probably taught in Y6 of good private schools and possibly state schools large enough to set.

DD2 crammed it at maths club to have a shot at the SAT, but their normal lessons don't go that high.

The NC is on the gov web site, bit of a hunt to find it.
