Does anyone have a son at MTS? DS is only in Y4 but prep school are keen for parents to choose exit either at 11 or 13. DS would sit the CE.

DS is dyspraxic so also keen to hear from parents whose sons may have SEN and are current pupils.

I love this school! Friendly, welcoming and kind staff. I think it would depend how dyspraxic your son is as to how well he'd fair though.

My brother went there from 13 - 16 and loved it. He's very dyslexic and did quite well but did go to a different school for sixth form. I'm not sure why but could try to find out if it would help?

He's mildy dyspraxic with Asperger's so he is fairly academic.

Foolserrand - thank you - if he was there recently, that would be helpful but don't worry!

Do you need to be sporty as well as academic to fare well at MT?

In which case his dyspraxia might hinder him.

foolserrand · 26/06/2012 09:02

He left about a decade ago. I think he left because, while MTs was good, Mill Hill was simply better for his needs. He had to board there though. My dbro has never been sporty!

Thanks foolserrand - DS is not very sporty. Does like running though!
