Really really confused...
My dd is due to sit for her test in Sept this year for a place in grammer school. I have moved closer to school to fit into their postal catchment....

The confusion is that my landlord has decided to sell the flat and want us to move out by end of March, after we hear back from school about the place allocation etc..

My worry is.... it is okay for us to move before DD start her school... when do i have to inform schooll... and will they think that we have moved closer to secure a place and now moving out..

We will still be renting in the same area.. but will school reject the seat....

Anyone is same situation...
please help..

They cannot take the place away if you move after accepting the offer unless the authority believes you have made a false application. Keep all the correspondence about the landlord selling the flat so that you can produce it if necessary but it shouldn't be a problem.
