My DD has always gone to to private school but we have recently moved to a village with one private and one state school but the private school won't accept her till September. She is going to the state school till then but all the kids in her year are bullying her and calling her 'Posh Brat' and teasing her. What should I do?

I would take her out and home school her until September. There is no excuse for bullying, what has the school said about it?

does she have any friends there ? if not i agree with sailorsgal as you will be taking her out in september anyway and her well being is the main thing..i would mention it to the head,,but personally i would do whats best for her ..keep her home.. my son went threw bullying and i waitd and waitd before removing him..hoping it would stop like the head promised.. by then he had become withdrawn and lost all confidence,, the damge is much worse .gd luck x
