Hello

Can anyone point me in that right direction for a comprehensive overview on
financial assistance/funding after leaving School.

DSS is leaving school this summer and attending college in September (for an initial one year computing course).

You need to apply to the college, it depends what funds they have available and your persoal circumstnces. EMA went with the last government.

Different colleges have different rules, it's worth looking. One college I taught at gives free train passes to student a certain distance away on top of bursary.
